About Refundly
We've got everyone's interests at heart
Getting a refund or making a complaint in the UK can feel messy, slow, and unfair. Refundly exists to help you get the gist of your rights and what to do next — calmly, privately, and in plain English.
Who we are
Refundly is a UK consumer self-help product. Our official website is refundly.uk. We help people understand their rights under UK consumer law — including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — and pursue refunds for everyday problems: faulty goods, late delivery, travel disruption, subscriptions, utilities, and more.
We are not a law firm, not a claims farmer, and not a company that takes over your dispute. You stay in control. We structure the process; you decide what to send.
Guidance on the marketing site and free rights browse do not require an account. Claim tracking, plans, templates, and export are available with Premium on web and Android under the same account.
Which Refundly is this?
This is the official Refundly at refundly.uk — a calm UK product for understanding refund rights and running your own claim with plans and letter templates.
- We are: UK consumer rights guidance, personalised claim steps, and copy-ready complaint letters you send yourself.
- We are not: a bank-linked return or refund tracker, a service that reads your transactions, or a claims company that contacts retailers for you.
- Official home: https://refundly.uk · hello@refundly.uk · United Kingdom

Why we built this
Difficult processes shouldn't mean giving up
Too many people walk away from money they may be owed — not because they were wrong, but because the system felt too hard to navigate.
Everyone’s interests at heart
Whether you bought something online, waited too long for a delivery, or hit a wall with a company that will not listen — you deserve clear options. Refundly is built for ordinary people, not only experts.
We know it can be difficult
Consumer law, deadlines, and complaint routes are easy to get lost in. Retailers can push vouchers, silence, or partial fixes when you may be entitled to more. Feeling stuck is normal; staying stuck is what we try to change.
Get the gist, then act
We translate rights into plain English, show a realistic path, and help you draft what to send — so you understand the situation well enough to decide for yourself. You stay in control; we never contact the company for you.

What we are not
- Not a law firm — we provide general guidance and templates, not legal advice.
- Not a claims company — we do not take a cut of your refund or contact companies on your behalf.
- Not a bank-linked tracker — we never connect to your bank or read your transactions.
Disclaimer: Refundly provides guidance based on UK consumer law. Outcomes depend on your circumstances. For complex or high-value disputes, consider a qualified solicitor or authorised adviser.
