We do not collect any user data. When you visit refundly.uk, browse our pages, or read our content, nothing about you is recorded, stored, or shared. No name, no email, no device ID, no browsing history — nothing.
Our approach
Refundly is designed with privacy at its core. We do not require you to create an account, we do not link to your bank or financial accounts, and we do not use tracking technologies of any kind. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no cookies used to identify you.
What we do not collect
When you browse this website, Refundly does not collect:
- Your name, address, or contact details
- Email addresses (unless you voluntarily join the waitlist — see below)
- Bank, card, or payment information
- Location data or device identifiers
- Browsing behaviour, page views, or click activity
- Cookies used to track or identify you
Simply visiting and reading this site does not result in any data being collected by us — full stop.
Waitlist (the only exception)
The waitlist is the only way any information leaves your device — and only if you actively choose to join by entering your email and clicking submit. We never collect data automatically or in the background.
If you choose to join the waitlist:
- We receive only the email address you type in
- It is used solely to notify you about Refundly's launch and related updates
- It is processed by our email provider (Kit) on our behalf
- We do not sell or share your email with advertisers or data brokers
If you do not join the waitlist — which most visitors do not — no user data is collected from you at all. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies to track or identify visitors. Your browser may store essential technical data locally (for example, to load pages correctly), but we do not use this to collect personal information about you.
Third-party services
Our website is hosted on Vercel. We do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. Vercel may retain standard server logs for security and reliability, but we do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors. Our waitlist email service (Kit) only receives data you voluntarily submit through the waitlist form.
Your rights
If you have joined the waitlist and wish to access, correct, or delete your email address, contact us at hello@refundly.uk and we will respond promptly.
If you have not joined the waitlist, there is no personal data held about you to access or delete.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When Refundly launches as a full app, we will update this page to reflect any changes — always with the same privacy-first approach.
