These terms govern your use of the Refundly website at refundly.uk and the Refundly product (web app and Android app). By using Refundly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
About Refundly
Refundly helps UK consumers understand their rights and pursue refunds for common consumer problems, with plain-English guidance, plans, templates, and claim tracking. Free browsing of rights guidance is available; Premium unlocks claim tracking and related features.
Not legal advice
Refundly provides general guidance and information based on UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not a law firm and nothing in Refundly is legal advice.
Every situation is different. For complex, high-value, or urgent disputes, you should seek advice from a qualified solicitor or authorised adviser.
No guarantee of outcomes
We cannot guarantee that any company will provide a refund, compensation, or other remedy. Outcomes depend on your circumstances, the evidence available, and the company involved.
Accounts
Some features require a Refundly account (email and password). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not share your password.
Premium
Premium is currently available as a one-time purchase via Google Play on Android. Premium is tied to your Refundly account so you can use claim features on web and Android. Web card payments (Stripe) may be offered later.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Refundly for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Scrape, copy, or republish substantial parts of the service without permission
